| Muttzoh Balls
2 Lightly beaten raw eggs
1 ts Polyunsaturated oil
1/2 c Cold Water
1 cup of all natural dry dog food
a sprinkle of garlic powder
1/2 cup chicken soup (or 2 bullion cubes)
Grind smooth the dry dog food in a food processor or
blender Add the wet ingredients. Form 1 1/2"
balls. Drop into 1 quart of boiling water mixed with 1/2
cup chicken soup or 2 bullion cubes. Boil 3 minutes,
remove, cool and store in refrigerator.

Salmon Pate
1 6 ounce can boneless,
skinless salmon
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1/2 c Finely chopped celery
1 Egg, beaten
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack into a small
fish-shaped mold and bake for 45 minutes. Serve at room
temperature.

| Geranimo's
Muffins
2 carrot
2 3/4 cups water
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 banana (over-ripe)
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
Shred the carrot with a hand shredder or in a blender.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl, then add the
pureed banana. Mix together thoroughly. Set aside. Combine
the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry
and mix thoroughly, leaving no dry mixture on the bottom.
Coat a 12 muffin pan with nonstick spray. Fill each muffin
hole 3/4 full. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. |

Liver Brownies
1 lb. of calf or pork liver
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup corn meal
2 Tbsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Puree all of the above in a food
processor. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum
foil which has been oiled. Mixture will be thick. Press
flat and even. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Brownies are done when the pink is gone. Do not over bake
or the brownies will crumble. Recipe
may be doubled. |
